What to wear
With customer service as a key priority, it is important that we present a smart, professional and approachable image to our customers. The way we present ourselves at work creates a professional image of the bank to visitors, including existing and potential customers, job applicants and others.
Our aim is to look professional at all times. Some of our employees are provided with uniforms, for others, our dress code is either Formal Business wear or Casual Business wear – compatible with operating in a professional, customer facing environment. If you are in a role that requires a uniform, your line manager will order this for you to ensure that you have your uniform on your first few days at work.
